HOW TO GROW AS A CHRISTIAN 
CHRISTIANS THROUGH THE AGES HAVE DISCOVERED THAT DAILY WORSHIP IS ESSENTIAL FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH. GOD REVEALS HIMSELF THROUGH THE BIBLE. IF YOU WANT TO GROW IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO GOD, YOU NEED TO STUDY THE BIBLE AND PRAY.

HERE IS A SIMPLE WAY TO ORGANIZE YOUR DAILY WORSHIP.

READ A PORTION OF SCRIPTURE. SELECT A VERSE OR A PASSAGE AND READ ENOUGH SO YOU UNDERSTAND THE CONTEXT OF THE PASSAGE. IF YOU ARE JUST STARTING, BEGIN WITH A BOOK SUCH AS THE GOSPEL OF JOHN.

THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU HAVE READ. WHAT DOES THIS PASSAGE SAY ABOUT GOD, ABOUT HIS LOVE AND HIS REDEMPTIVE ACTIVITY? WHAT DOES IT SAY ABOUT JESUS?

WHEN THIS WAS WRITTEN? WERE THERE THINGS GOD WANTED THEM TO DO? WHAT DID IT SAY TO THOSE WHO WERE ALIVE  WHAT DOES THIS PASSAGE MEAN TODAY? WHAT DOES IT TELL YOU ABOUT GOD AND THE REDEMPTIVE WORK OF JESUS IN YOUR LIFE AND IN YOUR WORLD TODAY? ARE THERE THINGS YOU SHOULD CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE? BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU LEARNED FROM THIS PASSAGE?

WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNED FROM THIS PASSAGE.

FIND STRENGTH FOR THE DAY; GOD HATH PROMISED STRENGTH FOR THE DAY,REST FOR THE LABOR, LIGHT FOR THE WAY,GRACE FOR THE TRIALS, HELP FROM ABOVE

Romans 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

Romans 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

Romans 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Dear Jesus
I believe that You died for me and that You rose again on the third day. I confess to you that I am a sinner and that I need Your love and forgiveness. Come into my life, forgive my sins and give me eternal life. I confess You now as my Lord. Thank You for my salvation

FORGIVE US OUR DEBTS, AS WE ALSO HAVE FORGIVEN OUR DEBTORS. AND LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION, BUT DELIVER US FROM THE EVIL ONE.”
